Yes, for IOTee customers, on iOS, Android, macOS and Windows. Sign in with your IOTee account and you get your full fleet data, alerts and reports on every device at no extra cost.
Yes. One IOTee account works on iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows at the same time. Alerts, vehicle status, geofences and reports sync live, so every device shows the same thing. There's no per-device licence. The same login works everywhere.
The mobile apps (iOS and Android) are for managing the fleet on the move: live tracking, push alerts, Face ID or fingerprint sign-in and quick actions from your phone or tablet. The desktop apps (Windows, Mac and Linux) give dispatchers and operations rooms the full fleet platform in a window of its own on a big screen. Both have the same fleet features and use the same account.
Partly. The mobile apps keep recent vehicle locations, driver scores, geofences and trip history on the device, so you can still see them when you lose signal for a while. Live updates pick up again once you're back online. The desktop apps need internet for live data, but you can export reports and view cached history offline.
Yes. Every IOTee app supports Arabic and English with a full right-to-left layout, and also comes in Hindi, Urdu, Tamil and Malayalam for the UAE's mixed driver workforce. Each user picks their language in the app, whatever the phone's own setting is.
iOS and Android apps update automatically through the App Store and Google Play. The Mac and Windows apps check for updates when they open and tell you when a new version is out. One click installs it, with no manual download. Updates are free for IOTee customers.
The web app at app.iotee.app runs in any browser, which is handy for shared computers or anywhere you can't install software, and you can add it to your desktop like an app. The native apps (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac and Linux) add device features such as push alerts and Face ID or fingerprint sign-in on mobile. All of them keep recently viewed data available offline and use the same IOTee account and fleet data.
